One question though, on the table where it is said that the Cathode Active material must be made in UK from 2027 for UK cells to qualify as local and to avoid EV tariffs in the EU - My question is; why can't UK automakers not benefit from bilateral cumulation with EU origin Cathode Active material? is there something specific in the list rules that I may have missed? or have I misunderstood you?

Think I wasn't clear enough! You're right -- it's either EU or UK because of bilateral cumulation.
